Luke 14 - December 12, 2008

Hello everyone and welcome back to the weekend Bible study.

I am sorry to have been off so much recently, but I had a bad cold, then we had thanksgiving, then I got the Flu.

I am recovering well, but if you have had the flu, you know what that means. For me it means that this is the last year I will skip the flu shot. Inform yourself, because not taking precautions can be the most expensive thing you do. Flu places great stress on every organ in the body. I very much appreciate all your prayers, because I have come out of this faster than most people do.

You are probably also wondering about the format change you are seeing, here. Well, we've recently had server problems to end all server problems and this temporary measure at least allows us to keep the Weekend Bible Study up and running. Hopefully, we will have everything back to normal by this time next week.

One other note of interest - we are returning to the Emerald Coast Conference Center in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida for the Feast in 2009. More information will follow on that bit of good news.

Well, my comment about not having any questions seems to have stirred some action, because this time we do.
